We live out of state and inherited a house in Palm Coast that needed to be emptied out, polished up a bit, and sold. Gina went above and beyond to serve as our remote stand-in arranging for multiple handyman bids, cleaners, removing estate sale leftovers, mailing me some items I had forgotten to retrieve, etc.

Of course, that's all on top of the primary function of a real estate agent, which is to do a good job selling your house. The listing went live online on a Friday, we had multiple people visiting over the weekend, and by Monday we had 3 different offers. She was effective in getting the prospective buyers to each maximize their offers, walking me through the pros and cons of each offer, and answering my questions as we subsequently went through the process of completing the sale. Based on my independent online research of comparable sold properties (as well as conversations with other agents that we interviewed but didn't select), I think our listing price was spot-on, and we ultimately sold for more than that.

Gina is a colleague and reached out when she had a listing that unfortunately, the buyer fell through at the last minute. With only 7.5 days to make closing, Gina engaged our team and helped navigate the process to get the buyer home! She navigated all the parties working together for a common goal, homeownership for this more mature couple. Without her input and guidance, this wouldn't have been possible. Smooth VA Home Buy Thanks to Gina’s Expertise. This was my first time buying a house and I used a VA loan, so the process felt overwhelming and confusing at times. I honestly don’t know if I could’ve done it without my buyer’s agent, Gina. She went above and beyond every step of the way—always quick to respond (often within minutes), incredibly patient, and full of practical advice that came from years of experience.
Her guidance made everything smoother: from understanding VA loan requirements, negotiating effectively, to navigating inspections and closing details. Persistent, Energetic, Engaged, and Honest. We selected Gina to be our agent initially due to her energy and engagement with us as we worked on other business together.

Our home was atypical and required someone that invested time and persistence to result in a successful sale. Throughout the process, I feel that Gina gave us clear and honest answers to our questions and made a sincere effort to help us position our property in a way that was consistent with our needs and the market. I would argue she went above and beyond to help with many of the tedious and thankless tasks involved in preparing the house and fixing issues that arose.

Precision at its best! . Working with Gina to find our new home made moving to Florida that much more special. Amazing Realtor! I was given Gina's name from a very dear friend I grew up with in Maryland. With the passing of my father, we had a small lot in Florida that we not longer wanted to hold on too. Gina walked us through all of the steps for listing and was always attentive to any of our needs. Her responses to our questions were always addressed and in a timely fashion. She worked diligently with the buyer to overcome a few obstacles and went ABOVE and BEYOND to see that it closed. Recently my family decided to sell our home of 14yrs in Palm Coast and look for something a little bigger. A mutual friend introduced us to Gina DosSantos to be our realtor and it was the greatest introduction ever. Gina was truly an amazing help and support system throughout the entire process of selling our home and purchasing a new one. Looking for a rental during a pandemic was interesting to say the least. We weren’t able to walk thru homes so Gina had to go at it alone and FaceTime me thru it. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I know that realtors don’t make much with rentals. Some put in little effort or don’t return calls because of that. Not Gina, she gave 110%! She found my family and I a great rental in an area we are loving. We’ll be buying next year and guarantee you we will be using Gina again. She has been absolutely incredible in aiding us in our long stressful search for a rental property and within a week of her assisting we were signing the papers and moving in!
